Wordsearch Maker and Player - Both create and play wordsearches with this easy-to-use software. A comprehensive editor is provided, which allows you to easily design your word search puzzles. Simply provide 100% Word Search with the words to include, choose which directions you want to allow and the word search puzzle is instantly created. You can have word search grid sizes from 5*5 to 50*50 and word searches can be in designs to perhaps reflect a theme, by using a wide array of drawing tools. Word search puzzles can be printed or exported as text or graphics for use in other programs. Word lists can also be imported from text files. Puzzles can be played against a timer by dragging a line over the word. A handy hint option is also provided. The program features sound, a user-friendly resizable interface, full HTML help and sample puzzles to get you started.

Cloze Maker - Cloze, or gap-fill, exercises have long been part of the language-teacher's basic repertoire of teaching and testing techniques. This program enables teachers to generate cloze exercises of various sorts, and save them to disk. Students can then load the exercises and do them -- either in test mode, with a time limit and a score shown only at the end, or with varying amounts of help and feedback. Cloze exercises, once generated, can also be exported to the clipboard and pasted directly into any word processor for editing or printing.

Crossword Maker - This is a crossword and wordsearch constructor designed for use by teachers/lecturers, to produce homework sheets for vocabulary reinforcement, simple end of topic tests and work sheets of a semi-recreational nature. It can also be used by students to create their own puzzles as a language/subject

Quiz Maker - This is a program for authoring interactive multiple-choice quizzes for use on the World Wide Web. A teacher can author exercises which students can then access through the Web, using a standard Web browser. The quizzes are created using HTML and Javascript, but the user does not need any knowledge of these languages to create them. Quizzes may also be saved in the program's native format, then reloaded later for editing.
